Promo Mechanics:
1.
 Cash In A Flash is open to all Prudentialife Visa Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
2.
 All Cash In A Flash requests are subject to credit approval.
3.
 A minimum amount of THREE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP3,000.00) must be charged to the Cash In A Flash facility. This may be applied for 3, 6, 9 or 12-month payment tenors. A minimum amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (PHP10,000.00) must be charged for 18 or 24-month payment tenors.
4.
 Prior to approval, account must have an available Credit Limit to accommodate at least two (2) Monthly Amortisations of the Loan Amount applied for.
5.
 The duly filled-out Cash In A Flash Request Form must be submitted via fax or mail.
6.
 QUALIFIED applicants will be advised of the status of Cash In A Flash request via confirmation call.

Terms and Conditions
1.
Prudentialife Financial Services, Inc. (“PFSI”) shall have the absolute and exclusive right to approve or disapprove applications, with or without justifiable reason/s. In case of disaproval, PFSI is under no obligation to notify the cardholder of the said rejection and the reason/s thereof.
2.
If the cardholder has no sufficient deferred credit line, PFSI has the sole discretion to approve only a portion of the amount applied for.
3.
For approved applications, PFSI shall provide five (4) business days for the delivery of proceeds, i.e. from the time of confimation and approval.
4.
Once approved, the application can neither be cancelled nor reversed.
5.
Applicant acknowledges his/her liability to PFSI for Cash In A Flash request that has been approved and will form part of the applicant's liability to PFSI.
6.
The applicant/cardholder hereby warrants that all the information given on this Cash In A Flash Request Form are true and correct and PFSI is authorized to investigate the information from whatever sources PFSI may consider appropriate.
7.
Failure to pay any two (2) monthly amortisations on due date shall constitute default and shall result in the remaining unpaid amortization to become due and demandable. Any unpaid amount under this facility shall incur interests and surcharges in accordance with the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of the Prudentialife Visa card.
8.
The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of the Prudentialife Visa card are incorporated herein by reference and made integral part hereof.
