TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.
The e-bills facility allows the cardholder to enroll utility bills through an Auto Debit Arrangement. Upon effectivity, the monthly bills/regular installments of the utility bills enrolled with the e-bills facility shall be charged to the Prudentialife VISA account.
2.
PFSI shall process enrollment of MERALCO, PLDT, and Prudentialife Plans only.
3.
Mobile, cable, and other utility bills may also be enrolled thru an Auto-Debit Arrangement. For processing, the cardholder may directly contact the service provider.
4.
400 e-points shall be credited to the cardholder's account for every MERALCO, PLDT or Prudentialife Plan enrolled with the e-bills facility.
5.
Plans/utility bills NOT under the cardholder's name may also be enrolled with the e-bills facility.
6.
The cardholder must ensure that the account is active and has sufficient credit limit to allow charging of monthly bills/regular installments. Otherwise, the card may become unserviceable. In such event, the cardholder must pay directly to the payment centers until the account is updated.
7.
Application shall be subject to approval.
8.
PFSI shall allow 30 days to effect e-bills enrollment.
9.
The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Prudentialife VISA card are incorporated herein and made an integral part hereof.
